We're going to the Court of Appeal
A judge has granted us permission to appeal the Dec 17 judicial review ruling. We will now need to raise another £20,000 to fund it. Please donate to our Crowdjustice fund if you're able. On Dec 17 2024, the High Court ruled that the Mayor of Tower Hamlets' decision to remove Low Traffic Neighbourhoods in Bethnal Green was legal. Following months of hard work and a truly moving show of support from our community, we are deeply disappointed that this judge has not found in our favour.
