Our appeal hearing is coming up
On November 25th and 26th we’ll be back in court for our appeal against the result of the judicial review we brought last November. The grounds of this appeal concern the powers of the Mayor of London and Local Authorities’ obligations. For this reason, the outcome could have implications for all London Boroughs.

A judge has granted us permission to appeal the Dec 17 judicial review ruling. We will now need to raise another £20,000 to fund it. Please donate to our Crowdjustice fund if you're able. We have got this far thanks to the more than 1,200 people who have thrown in whatever they can, and we hugely appreciate every single donation.

On Dec 17 2024, the High Court ruled that the Mayor of Tower Hamlets' decision to remove Low Traffic Neighbourhoods in Bethnal Green was legal. Following months of hard work and a truly moving show of support from our community, we are deeply disappointed that this judge has not found in our favour.
